KF2 SDK - Problem in make weapons skins

Hello eveyone,
for a while I've been trying to learn how to create skins for csgo and now for KF2. I am trying to follow this tutorials (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=521160484 / https://tripwireinteractive.atlassian.net/wiki/display/KF2SW/KF2+Weapon+Skin+Creation:+Getting+Started#KF2WeaponSkinCreation:GettingStarted-StartinganewSkin), but when i click on the green arrow for the Parent Parameters, I got this error, is the same for all weapons:
