Rigs That Can be Used For Animation Contests?

Hey everyone,
There's a local student animation contest coming up and I've been looking for male and female human rigs to use in my scene (ones with proper facial rigs, as it is an acting scene). So far, all of the rig providers I've came across online aren't too keen about their rigs being used in contests, so I've haven't been too successful. I'll pay for them, just so long as they aren't too expensive (I am still a student, after all). Thanks for reading and for any leads given.
