Max.net Unhandled Exception

Hi guys, since last week i have been having this issue when max starts up, this dialogue pops up and i have to click close for it to start, also when max starts i cannot go into the rendering tab, has anyone seen this before and perhaps found a solution? http://postimg.org/image/b5xbp4c3r/

Well, your main problem seems to be tied to this dll in this folder.
C:\Users\mitviz\AppData\Local\Temp\311aaumb.dll
Not that I have any clue what that dll is about, as google is 100% useless when it comes to that.

Happy to report that i tried a bunch of things but i think panda antivirus is the issue, when i turn it off all works ok as soon as its on same issue so i managed to find that atleast. idk what that antivirus does but its the cause

Hey, I've had this issue a week or so as well, and I found out if i unhooked internet I didn't get the error message. Though I also am using Panda Virus, and I know panda virus has had similar issues affecting other programs before, so nice catch.
