Dezoroth: Demonoid Beast

Hey, this is my concept for the contest. He's actually one of the main characters for a book series I'm writing (so the backstory might be a bit longer than 100 words, more like 100,000 or 2... or 3... But I'll do my best to sum it up in a sentence). After a couple years, I finally decided to start concepting out all of the characters/creatures in the books and this contest just so happened to coincide with that. The overall look may change over the next few months, but this is the basic idea.

Haven't had too much time to work on this so I'm a bit behind where I want to be right now. But high poly work is almost done I think, so I'll be able to start the low poly model soon. Hopefully I'll be able to finish in time.

Have the model at an acceptable polycount in ZBrush, but when I export it, the polycount triples. I'm tired of working on it, I don't have time to start over; so I'm sorry to say I give up. Its not like I had a chance at placing anyway.
