Hey man, pretty good job so far. Some anatomy issues that jump out to me: -Collar bone, you have it separating all the way to the cleavage when it shouldn't. -Knees, the front bone structure sculpt is too high up compared to where the form should lead it. -Hands, a little too big (although I 'm not 100% familiar with LoL Stylization on this char) Also the belt feels to be floating right now, maybe some more tilting would help.

OK adjusted things based on @Firith 's feedback. Hopefully things are heading in the right direction. Also something bugging me about her face, but maybe I have just been staring at it too long O_o
Looks cool so far, digging the hair! I feel the nose looks a bit funny though. Might be the the nostrils are too close together and the sharp crease contouring the nose. Also the pinching on the corner of the lips will probably be difficult to bake to normals if you're creating a low poly. Also the bottom of the coat is a bit soft.
