Mudbox painting on surface pro 4

Hello all,  I've been doing a sculpt on my surface pro 4 and so far its been pretty damn good.  The only problem is that when i start to paint my model these artifacts are showing up randomly.  I would like to know if anyone else has been having these problems and how can i fix this.  Thank you

I kinda solved it.   I think it was when I was making a new paint layer it was a 8 bit layer, when i did it in a 16 bit layer it was almost none existent.  Everyone once in a while it would pop up again but if it painted over it it would go away.  When i did 32 bit the same thing as the 16 bit.  Its now workable though compared to before.  Still wondering what was the original issue though.

i see you are using mudbox 2015...
you should upgrade to the latest version... there is a better support for tablets...

You know i tried it, but it was a bit too glitchy for me.  the sensitivity for the pen pressure wasnt correct.  I thought it was something on my computer but when i switched to 2015 it worked fine.  Also the retopologize function in 2016 was crashing my computer way too much compared to the 2015 version.  Until 2016 comes out with some needed service packs i will stick with 2015
