Welcome! Glad you are pursuing animation, its a tough but highly rewarding career to go after. So first things first it is very hard to judge from a gif image, the frame rate seems to be incorrect making it very slow and floaty. Generally creating a video, uploading to vimeo or youtube then embedding here works well. Or use "Syncsketch" then we can draw directly onto a video giving you visual feedback.

From the gif everything seems to be going at the same pace, the ball should have weight meaning it speeds up the longer it falls, the first bounce will be much faster than the last. Here is an image that explains it better than I can, this is based around drawing so considers every frame but the principles are the exact same.

There are many beginner ball bouncing exercises you can do to begin understanding the principles of animation, there are many talented animators here who can aid you and get you on the right path!
