Started a project recently, a game I want to make inspired by a dream I had! Probably won't happen for quite a while, but I figured I'd post my concepts here as I do them and see what people think. Any feedback is much appreciated!

I like the sillouhettes, very simple but also expressive. Im guessing the first 3 are some kind of crow and the last one is a witch? Looking forward to see this progress.

thank you! yes, they're something like that. the last one was made so I could see how it would look without the beak but I ultimately decided to stick with the bird-like figure.
