[WIP] German - venom skins

I decided to give this contest a go, so here is the skin i'm working with, i will add more bright green venom at various points around the tank and also adjust the color levels. So far i have only tested it on the tiger tank.

The tiger seems to be in good order now, here are the summer and winter skins. Ill be starting to work on other ostheer vehicles now.

Hey!

We are a big fan of the skins you made but were disappointed that we didn't see them submitted as a final entry on these forums on in CoH2's Steam Workshop.

Did you just run out of time or into any issues that perhaps we could help you out with that prevented you from submitting?
