Got inspired by Peter Konig's presentation at the Zbrush Summit this year. Figured I'd try taking one of my garbage sculpts and attempt his approach using paint over methods and photoshop trickery. Came up with this.

Did some personal pieces for an upcoming show. Just wanted to do something new and experiment a little with some ideas I had in my head. Unfortunately that meant putting a halt on my Artwar entry. Maybe I'll go back and finish one day. Anyway...here's some art.

Back to working on my Cable. Got the base pose in and hoping to get some refining done over the next couple of weeks. Posing is always tough for me so the plan is to go back and finish up some older models I have for pose practicing. I'm open to suggestions if anyone wants to leave a crit or comment.

Getting in some personal work for sanity's sake. Finally decided to try out R8, despite the issues I was having. Really love the 3D gizmo thing now that I know how to use it.
