Dota 2 Cosmetics Technical Specifications
While trying to decide which character to do a test drive on, I found myself wanting an at-a-glance comparison for the limitations on different heroes, and short of multiple tabs, didn't really find a solution. So, I made one.

Here is a spreadsheet containing all of the tech specs for submission guidelines for each currently listed hero, a link to the provided models (though not all of them work or are complete, as noted in this dev.dota2 forum post), and any notes included on the budget pages for each item.
