Designer Dota shader?

It seems that once upon a time Designer had a Dota shader, I can't find a working link to a download of it.
Has support for it dropped for it in Designer 5?

It hasn't been updated in a long time. Painter has a brand new Dota shader, I would have to convert it to Designer.

Yeah i've been using painter to author my Dota 2 maps for a while now. Just wanted to jump over to designer for a few things, no biggie i'll just use Marmoset to preview the maps.
