500 GB SSDs are at a pretty nice price point right now, and are worth considering.
Not sure why you picked the PSU, you can get a gold rated one, that's a better PSU brand, for the same price.
I personally would rather get a large air cooler over a all-in-one liquid cooler. They can be almost as cool, just as quiet, with no risk of leaking.
I would definitely consider going with the Skylake and the i7 6700k instead, the 5820k and 6700k trade blows on benchmarks, the single core performance of the 6700k is much better, the multi-threaded performance is a bit better on the 5820k, but the motherboards for Skylake are much cheaper, and Skylake runs cooler.
