Pay attention to scale. There's a lot of things that seem really off in your scene. Try matching up your scene with the camera angle in the concept, things will really start standing out when you do that.
Thanks for the crits! Havn't addressed the scale yet or set up the perspective, however I was not happy with the previous lighting so i adjusted it to what I think looks a little more accurate and realistic.
Here is the new lighting. Still need to adjust some colors like the reds etc to make them fit the scene a little more and add some complementary colours to improve composition.
If you have any crits please post them, they really help me to improve my work!
It looks like you lost a lot of your texture detail with your new lighting pass. The lighting is much closer to the composition now, but try to regain some of that detail especially in your tile texture
Thanks I adjusted it a little, however I think the normals might be causing the light to spread accros the surface a little too much as seen in the previous post. Im currently using a wavy normal map for the surface of the tiles with a low intensity. I'll tweak that and post once done But for now is this any better?
Had to go back to college so I've been working on the scene little by little. I have not been able to get anything else completed other than the segments above the pillars I'll post once I have some more interesting shots!
IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE, PLEASE CRITIQUE MY WORK! IT HELPS ME TO IMPROVE A GREAT DEAL!
Looking really cool so far, The pillars seem too skinny, the ones in the concept seem to bulge out also the lines connecting the pieces of the top half are too wide in your version.

The windows seem a bit too wide to.
