Character/items Concept Artist (Fantasy Game)

I'm looking for a concept artist to help me design some characters for a fantasy game prototype.
I would like to design multiple variations of the main character, some enemies and some items (mainly weapon and armors). We could work on some sketches and Ideas first and a final color version.
I will be looking to create some 3D models based on those concepts, if you can do both this could be a plus.

For the art we are inspired by:
- The more realistic Zelda games (Twilight Princess)
- Fable
- Castlevania/Dark souls (but with less details and realism)
