My Dodo concepts for a showreel piece, I'll be posting up more of my work

Early versions of dodo

Recent version of dodo, need to work on improving the textures, feather planes and materials. I need to add detail to the feet, they got abit left out while I was working on the feathers, and add a tongue, can I get some suggestions on doing the feathers please? Not sure how to get it more 'poofy'
