Answered: Metal Rough Custom material are not imported correctly

The new suite is being a bitch with my metal rough materials. Upon importing it seems everything is fine but once I try to apply one to my project the normal and roughness maps show blank. Any idea what could be causing this?

The issue may be several things - may we see some images of the problem, including images of the Photoshop UI, the version of Photoshop you're running, etc?
