Looking for 3d artist for low poly mobile game

I need a quote on the following based upon that example above.
1. A variation on the one of the left, bed, computer, floor, etc. Basically a bedroom.
2. A small office, 4 computer desks in a open floor office style, and bigger manager desk. Should look fairly cheap (more expensive then a bedroom) if that makes sense.
3. A larger office, 8 computer desks in a open floor office style, and a bigger manager desk. Should look like an upper class office, very modern and sleek.
4. A giant office, 16 computer desks (the floor layout is what ever, open floor, cubes, doesn't really matter), and a bigger manager desk. It should look very enterprisey, something you would find at a Google or Valve Software.

The desks don't need to be "custom" each one could literally be a copy of the other one.
The humans could be any sort of artsyle that fits without that room.

Requirements...
* Low poly count, without knowing the poly count of your examples I would say that is roughly where I want to be, somewhere between 2000-6000 for the builds, 500-1500 for the humans.
* Time frame, I'm in no hurry
