Looking good! I like the subtle details on the quilted leather part. Do you have a link to the concept or could you post the image here? I would love to see how your model is inspired by it!
Nice. One thing that I think you could improve would be to add some more variation to the mouth. It looks a little too simple. Maybe a subtle dimple in the middle or tapering of thickness. Like in this image ...
just out of curiosity the armor for the first image(the frog looking creature with armor o his head and body) was it done in zbrush and can you very briefly mention the steps that you have taken
This is a study work of mine. Besides my studies, I have been doing it in my leisure time. It took 3 days in total to build it. I have focused on the Baking texture, materials on the model and setting it in marmoset toolbag as well as unity3d. I have finished it successfully, where I used to have some confusions.
I have modeled the base shape in 3DS Max and add the details in ZBrush and did the retopology again in 3DS Max. Though I can do the retopology in ZBrush, I did it in 3DS Max in order to do it in efficient time. I baked the textures in Substance Painter. Imported the model with the texture maps in Marmoset. I did a basic post processing in Photoshop.
