Hi everyone!
I ran into a frustrating problem while sculpting today: Whenever I try to zAdd or zSub polygons on an existing mesh, the mouse movement itself only rotates the mesh in the direction Im looking to sculpt in.
Basically the mesh just rotates instead of receiving zAdd / Sub actions.

Might be worth just redrawing out your tool. It might just be a memory thing/glitch going on. I'm actually trying to figure out why your cursor is showing a white circle. If you screen captured and was in sculpt mode etc it should be showing a red circle at least
