Looking to get better at the fundamentals, seeking feedback and advice.

I have no formal training in art and am trying to get better at the fundamentals. Perspective, composition, lighting, color, anatomy, etc. I wont post anything until I have honestly tried my very hardest to study the topic and then apply what I have learned. There is only so far I can go though without feedback from people who are better than me, so what I am looking for is honest feedback to what I can do better.
My first work is anatomy. I am trying to make a very fit individual. I welcome all feedback, but areas that I struggled with is the muscles on the back (I looked at several references and just couldn't get it looking the way I would like) ; feet, and obviously face. That doesn't mean the other areas don't need help as well, but these are areas I feel the weakest at. Anyways, here are some of my images, I look forward to hearing how I can improve.
Note I haven't added texture yet (pours, wrinkles, etc) because I want to make sure I get the form correct first.
