Monetize one model

Hey guys i keep working on this piece in free time i plan to make it pbr  with some animated parts, and being broke ass gamedev im daydreaming of making some money out of it. Im looking for opinions, i had a plan to sell it on asset store and unreal market when its done. If you have something to say, please anything will help.

    monetization of a single niche model can be tricky, but there are lots of parts there, perhaps you can make it into a hard surface kitbash set, so people can smash together their own things, I expect you would get more sales than just the model as is.

    yeah, don't spend too much time on a single model, make a spaceship pack or something. You must take into account that: 1) lots of unity users buy stuff to use as placeholders 2) It's not very likely that a single model will match the art direction of buyer's game. 3) many of unity games are made for mobile devices so they don't need models with super high amount of details
