I live traced an image in adobe illustrator and imported it into SD.
It shows the file thumbnail and in the 2d view, but when dragging it onto the grid, it's just blank.
After previewing the live trace, I press the expand button to convert to paths.
I've tried saving at as SVG 1.0, and choosing convert to outline when saving with no luck.
What am I doing wrong?
I also tried making a very simple test shape with the pen tool, and saving that as svg 1.0, but it still has the same results.
I just tried using this website:
http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svgThe vector it creates works in SD, but it only creates Black and white vectors.
This website works, but the results are ugly:
http://www.autotracer.org/I also downloaded and installed inkscape, but I get the same results as illustrator.
PLEASE HELP!

Ok...so I copied your settings, and I think it was setting the CSS Properties to "Style attributes" that fixed it.
Now how do I accomplish this (importing a live traced vector into Substance Designer) If I 'm using inkscape?
Inkscape doesn't have those options, right?
I've tried importing inkscape SVG files, and got the same result as adobe illustrator (nothing showing on the graph, only preview thumbnails in the explorer).
-And I recently reformatted my computer too. So this is a fresh install of the OS, programs everything.
On MacOS 10.11.6, SD 5.4.0 b17854, AI 20.1.0
I can see the SVG fill and outline into the Ressource panel, but i can't use it into my Graph as it not readable into it.
Do someone have a precise workaround to load SVG path into SubDes from AI CC 2015.3.1 ?
