Cintiq and Windows 10 problems

I couldn't find any fixes on wacom forums or google, so I thought it might not hurt to ask here.
Just upgraded to windows 10, just to see how stable it is now, and I have just one major problem so far. Without any software, like photoshop or substance painter, opened on my cintiq 13HD, my cursor responds to my pen completely normally as it should. BUT, as soon as I open (for example) photoshop on my cintiq, the cursor stops responding to my pen. IF I make photoshop (or whatever other app) lose focus, I regain my cursor tracking the pen on my cintiq screen. But then I click to actually use my pen in photoshop (or other apps) and the cursor goes dead again.
I'm pretty sure all my drivers are up to date, and I let windows 10 do an autoupdate afterwards, but I'm really not sure what's going on and if anyone else has had this issue yet.
