Quick Fix, Rig and Skin

Hello all, I'm just looking for someone asap to help fix a rig for some animations. I'm getting weird deformation in the hands and an odd pose. I know it's an easy fix but I don't have time to deal right now. If anyone wants to make a quick few bucks tonight I can send the mesh and an animation example so you can tweak it into shape. Let me know.
