Answered: Quixel Suite 2.0 setup wont start.

Hi .
I am having some problem to get quxiel setup starts.
Long story short. I have always since its release of 2.0 having some diffculties to install new updates.
When the launcher presents a new update , i download it and the program is having problem to autostart the process. and if i would update the version again i get a crash screen.
Normally what i have done is to unistall the application and reinstall it with an new version from the webpage.
Quixel 2.0.3 was relesed yesterday and the same thing happened.
But after i had unistalled the program and redownload the version from quixel and unpacked the rar.
I cant get the setup to work at all. i can see that my os is thinking ( little circle next to my mouse indicator).
And its listed in task manager under process. But i cant terminate that process , nothing happends if i do so.
So the question is how to i solve this process?
have tried restarting the computer several times.
Scanned for viruses, Disabled firewall.
Done a ccleaner uppdate.
Using a windows 7 x64 version.
