Answered: "3Do Switch-Resolution" Bug

Hi everyone, i post this message because i tried many things for resolve my "3Do Bug" and nothing work.

When i'm trying to launch 3Do, quixel send me this error. I tried to update my graphics cards and Java (just for sure).

Uninstall Quixel and Reinstall and nothing work ... If somebody has an idea i'm ready  

My configuration :

- Intel Core i7 4770K (3.5 GHz) 8 Go

- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2 Go

- 2 screen (Wacom + TV)

I'm running on "quixel 2.0.2" and today i run the update "2.0.3" and i have the same error message.

Please consider posting this issue on the Quixel Live Support group and tag our 3DO engineer Sameer (Type @Sameer in the group, his name will immediately pop up  ) with this problem. ok, don't worries i will post my error message at "quixel live support", thanks to your help

So, 3Do run well now. I just apply "wacom screen" like my "main screen" and that fix the "bug". 3Do don't work when i try to launch on my "TV screen" but on "PC screen" or "Wacom Cintiq", Quixel run well

i have had the exact same issue and came here looking for an answer to it thankyou i will try that when i get home i run 2 screens my main a 42in tv and the 2nd closest to me a 22in pc monitor so i will have to take a size drop but at least it will work so thanks that is great news i could always try once the project is open to leave the 3do window on my 22 and drag the rest back to my 42in just a thought time will tell.
