Answered: Can't get paint layer to "bake"

So I'm not sure how the paint layer functions, but I've been following the tutorials and whenever I press the "toggle color paint mode" (turning it off) when im done painting, the result disappears from the 3do window. Also, the layer supposedly representing the paint layer is completely blank (in the PS document, not the ddo documents). The result doesn't show up in marmoset either. (Saving all doesn't do anything).

Are you using Suite 2.0.4, Patrick? This issue should be fixed now.

Hey Patrick, it seems to work with 8 bit files instead of 16 bit. So i think you can untick "16 bit" before creating a project. I still don't think it works with 2.0.4 Synaesthesia..I'll have to double check some other time though.

Thank you Sparks! I've tried working with 8 bits and it fixes the issue!
Hi Synaesthesia, I'm on 2.0.4 version (trial mode for the moment but I guess it doesn't matter for this issue) and using Photoshop CC 2015...
