Solved: Quixel suite wont work properly

hi everyone, i just installed quixel suite but soon found out that ndo just doesn't want to start up when i press the ndo button. The ndo button has the white border around it as if to say it has been opened but the ndo interface is nowhere to be seen. quite surprising since it used to work without any problems a year ago which was when i last used it. im using windows 10 pro and Photoshop cs5 incase that help. Also DDO and 3DO open up, just not NDO    any replies will be greatly appreciated

Hey Ibbi! Our apologies for the trouble. Something you can try for now: Close Photoshop. Run it as an administrator, close it again. Try running the Suite afterward and see if NDO functions correctly then. If not, we can pass it on to the Quixel Live Support group.
