graphical quality testing survey

Hi I am trying to test people on a couple of model I had done. I was wondering what I should have in the survey. I know should ask about realistic, identification if they know what it is and if they see any different(as there will be low to high poly). After that I have no clue. if anyone have an idea please say thank you.

Make a thread in the 3D Showcase section, embedding your images in the post, and ask for critique. That's the best way to get good feedback on your artwork.

Limiting your viewer's responses will not help you as much, since you don't know what improvements are actually needed, so your questions will be limited.

Yes don't waste your time with a survey. You want people to pick up all the bad things about your work, things that the artists themselves aren't aware of. A survey would stop all those views from being expressed.
