Hey all, like most people I've been following this forum for a while but never really got round to posting anything. I've only just discovered this Sketchbook forum, I was interested and decided to make a thread.
I like Trains, I'm going to be blunt here. I've been making them for many years and it's something I've really got into and enjoyed. Although it can be really tedious a lot of the time. I find myself rivit counting most of the time. I have a few friends I work with who also have this passion who owe I a lot to.
I currently have quite a few personal projects and a few professional which I can't wait to publish!
Also if anyone is interested I have a flickr profile full of reference images (Mostly Planes/Trains), but I find myself downloading them for textures as well.

British Rail Class 24 Cab:
Also called 'Bread loafs' due to the body profile of the locomotive, or 'Fruit Machine' due to the strange looking control box on the right. Most commonly found in the UK in the late 1950s-60s. It was a pleasure to work on.

Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST:
Personal Project. An older model I built about a year ago. I recently upgraded it and re-textured the whole thing at a higher resolution. Probably one of my favorite classes of steam engines, it has a fairly simple but bulky design. It has a nice old industrial feel to it! Cute(?)
Although I generally think the exterior model/textures could be better in many areas I'm pretty happy with it.
Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST is a shunting engine built by Hunslet Engine Company. This class of locomotive was very common across Britain and was the prior shunting engine during the Second World War. The engine was so popular there production lasted another 30 years up until 1964. Many variants can still be found at heritage museums across the country.

TDRRS 2-Axle Hopper:
ProfessionalFound in mainland Europe this two axle hopper transports minerals from around the continents. Most commonly track ballast, you can see the two chutes on either side of the wagon which would drop the ballast on either side of the track.
It was quiet a fun project!

NJT MultiLevel Coaches:
ProfessionalOwned and ran New Jersey Transit 'NJT', these can mostly commonly found on the North Jersey Coast commuter railroads. These coaches which also have a cab car are un-powered, and are normally hauled by a loco at one end, the cab car allows the consist to be driven in the opposite direction.

For the latest French route for Train Simulator 2016, LGV: Marseille - Avignon. This cab was built for the iconic TGV Duplex. An interesting project overall especially as we've expanded into a new country. Someone needs to re-fill the biscuit tin...

The last project I worked on while working at Dovetail games, this was one of the best pieces I created working there, pretty proud of it. Created for Train Simulator 2017, I put it in personal effort presenting it in UE4.
