I recently went through my entire back catalogue of every character I have ever started to see what was salvageable and what needs to lay dormant in the void of abandonment. So I've made it a thing that by the end of 2016, I'll have finished every character I have ever started.
Characters on my list:
- Ezio Auditore
- Super Noirio Brothers
- The Hulk
- Space chick
- Medieval Batman
- Fester Addams
- Garrosh Hellscream
- Protoss Zealot
- Commander Keen
- Post-apocalyptic survival dude
- ... more to be added
This first post will show recent updates.

Here's a link to a decimated version of the head sculpt in the Toolbag web viewer (31MB).
looks good man, looking forward to seeing it all come together =]
I loved your portfolio, but have a closer look at the eyes on your MGS1 Genome Soldier. I was browsing random portfolios online with my friend, and it looked 'off''. I don't know if it was intended, or can easily be edited, but it's certainly something a professional would see and be distracted by.
Peace,
Beardy.
I feel kind of inspired to have a crack at doing something similar with the piles of half finished characters I've got lying around, but much like Gir, I suspect it might take me years to polish them all off.
Ezio is looking pretty solid thus far. Is he wearing sandals?
Haha, I know what you mean, mate. The more I think about it, the more I realise how much work this is actually going to be and I don't think I'll finish EVERYTHING within a year. But thanks for dropping by.
@Beard3D Bandit
I think you have the wrong thread, buddy
@JustinK
Thanks, mate. Hopefully I can maintain the momentum.
@Steve Schulze
It definitely has been a while. I think this is my first post on the boards in about two or three years or something. Haha, sandals? Barefoot actually, I haven't really focused on much below the waist.
I haven't had much time this last week to update due to work commitments and a few other things, but I figured I'd spam some more of the abandoned characters that I'll be re-visiting at some point:

UNCLE FESTER - March 2012
Thanks for stopping by, I'll make sure I keep updating often.
Peace,
Beardy.
It's no sweat, dude
I was also informed that my links to the Hulk and Repurposed Dude in the marmoset web viewer were linking just to the images. Seems like the forum overwrote my links and replaced them with links to the images themselves. So I have put text links underneath which should work. I guess this will have to do until Polycount has Marmoset Web Viewer embedding enabled.
Yeah! It's okay I usually have like 5 tabs open of polycount haha.
Do you have a link to your portfolio? Also I hope you don't mind me PM'ing you
Peace,
Beardy.
Hurry up and finish the Repurposed Dude too... Ah fuck it, get to dancin' and finish 'em all.
