Autodesk Maya 2016, New(for me) Rig & BlendShape Issue, with images and info, Please Assist! :'(

Okay so, here are some images showing the character rig zeroed out,


and here with the Jaw closed,

here with the corrective BlendShape,

Finally here with the BlendShape linked to the rig.

I have tried changing the order in the advanced menu to every one, I have adjusted the deformation order.
I have tried with and without deleting histories from BlendShapes.

The only thing that came close was setting the BlendShape deformation order settings upon creation from "Front of Chain" to "After" but this breaks the Skinning.

I have unskinned, deleted history, reimported skin weights, made a fresh Blendshape.

I had made cheek and eyebrow Blendshapes which are fine. However, this Jaw one first showed double transforms when rotating the head and now just refuses to work at all. Always going through the head even when rig is zeroed out.

Sob Story = I am a student and my deadline is soon, my tutors do not know how to fix it (might speak volumes) this completely annoying issue for a somewhat simple task is really holding me back! I have never had this problem before from 3dsMax or early Maya iterations.

Please, someone save me from this agony, I can add additional info on request although bare in mind I am not a pro V_V.

    Anyone else had this issue? - I've even tried fresh mesh and target and using the Bonus Tools Pose Blend Shape tool, following the youtube guide exactly and it gives an error.

    I have Service pack 4. Has anyone had this issue? :'(
