For my Master's Environments module I will be creating an Underground Egyptian Environment inside of the Unreal Engine 4. I will be using this concept as a basis to work from; below are my high-poly sculpts for the environment.
Over the next few days I will be going over the sculpts and finishing up a few high-poly models before moving onto the retop phase.
Critique on the models so far would be greatly appreciated!
Hi good start! What does the overall environment look like? have you done a blockout of the spaces yet? The steps look a bit too squishy in my opinion, like squashed clay in some places.
However I am not too fond on the lighting and I have done a very rough paintover to give a rough suggestion. Candles can also be added to the stands in the middle to increase the brightness in that area.
