license activation problem on quixel suite v2

I've a valid license for v2 and it's impossible to activate. I've this error" Something seems to have gone wrong.kindly try again in a few minutes.

I stopped the firewall and my antivirus, ran the suite in administrator and it's the same...

please help me.
