Selling art assets, which sites do you use?

Hello, for those of you who have tried selling your 2D or 3D work online, which sites have worked well for you and that you would recommend? I'm familiar with the Unity Asset Store already and may try putting a few models up there and see what happens. I've recently heard of Gumroad and Sellfy as well. Can a 3D Artist make a living or at least some part-time income investing time on these kinds of sites, or is it better to pursue freelance work as a better income source instead? Thanks.

I would say it's totally possible to make a living off, but that is counting your items sells for many years, so it's a long time investment,
so you better have some savings or do freelance on the side while you build up your library of items to sell.

I use CGtrader and Turbosquid mainly to sell models, and because of the heavy traffic in Turbosquid i have sold more models there but there royalty rate is low. I work as a Texture Artist at MPC, so selling models is like an extra income for me.
