Are accounts still permanent?

I'd like to delete my account because I don't do this stuff anymore and I'm really embarrassed about when I did. The culture surrounding the industry is way too hostile for me too, so it's not even a matter of just not being a "good enough" artist or whatever. I'm thoroughly disinterested in every aspect of this, and I'd really like to remove all traces of my involvement with it completely. You know how the EU has the "right to be forgotten"? Do the new boards (which look great btw)  have an account deletion feature?

Just curious, did you decide to leave the art field all together, or just the games side of it?
The games industry can certainly be quite harsh, though leaving the artistic field entirely seems like a shame after having so many years invested in it.
