I'd go for the second design. Y Ddraig Goch (the red dragon) is a dragon that was the battle emblem of the likes of King Arthur and other celtic rulers used. Just be careful not to dread on Chroma's theme.

I'm not sure how you're going to get those helms to work with the default excal though.

Bit too ornate for Excalibur in my opnion. Might want to tone down on the waviness though and make things more sleek. Excal is the "proto-type" warframe. He doesn't do fancy stuff that much.
