Hi peeps. I sculpted my hand in zbrush for a university project, which had to be completed in 2 weeks. But now, I would like to take it further to put in my showreel. It'd be great if you guys point out any problems. Thanks in advance *references at the bottom* FYI, just focused on the proportion.
If you want more references of my hand, I have many more if that isn't enough.
But the details are not well executed, which lowers the quality of the model. I realize this was a quick study, but to use it as a portfolio piece it should probably get a lot more work done to it.
In particular the fingernails look painted on, rather than "grown" or integrated with the flesh. Also the thumbnail proportions seem incorrect.
The skin folds and creases lack "tightness".
The pinkie seems to have the best proportions of all the fingers. The ring finger has an odd stubby tip.

We have some hand models here that are worth checking out.

This is a great start! Just give it a bit more of the love it deserves.
