1. Click to start your sculpt and then hold down shift. This will constrain it to drawing horizontal or vertical lines, depending on what direction you're sculpting. If you have say, a diagonal line to draw then you will need to use the transpose line to orientate your model to a vertical or horizontal.
Touch the surface and then hold shift to draw straight lines with your current pen just like Photoshop. If you want to draw at an odd angle first draw out a transpose line and then click the white circle at the end to align the screen to the transpose line.
Or open the lazy mouse menu and turn on lazy mouse, backtrack, snap to path, and line. Draw in one direction to set up your line and then draw the other way to make the stroke.

You can also use Lazy Nezumi Pro with Zbrush to do straight lines and wot not.
