Gosh, thanks you guys!
I tried some color blocking on it and haven't really felt confident enough to post any of it here so I went back and did a paintover to see if I could get the shapes to flow more coherently, and I'm really enjoying this new direction. Can't wait to get sculpting on the changes tomorrow

I just finished up my low poly last night and threw it into Toolbag, here's what I got
Moving on to textures/tintmask today

Got a lot of progress done on my textures today. Here's one of my own color combos:
tint 1 - green
tint 2 - darker pink
tint 3 - brown
tint 4 - yellow
energy - bright pink
And here is what the default Excal colors look like:
Will probably be wrapping this project up tomorrow. Some tweaking left yet. -
Arturius has become the final name for this piece. This name may have been what became King Arthur later, and directly translates from latin to "plowman" which is very fitting of a wedgehead. I just put it up on the Steam Workshop
