A Thread for Critiquing and Improving

Hey there! My name is Dom and I'm a student in my 3rd year of a Games Course practising 3D and 2D. I've spent a lot of my time drawing and painting trying to get my skills up to scratch and I'm looking for extra crit and advice to makes sure my stuff is downright kick ass.
