Not showing DDO window

When I try launching DDO I once got a pop up window that said "Batch Complete" though this was the first time opening the software after turning on my computer. Now when I try to open DDO no window appears. When I go into Task View in Windows 10 there are 2 invisible Quixel Suite windows titled "Thinking..." and "Error Alert." Nothing I've tried has made DDO appear and am wondering what is going on and how to fix it.
