PBR textures

Hey Guys,
I am creating a couple of PBR textures, and I was wondering if there is a specific way that you generate texture maps? If so, I would be grateful if you could provide some advice.  Feel free to critique these as well.

    Your concrete/rock are nice ! Personnally i'm work with Substance Designer and Zbrush (create a basic sculpt, after bake and generate all channel with designer). It's very simple to use, and flexible (i think this isn't the right term).

    I think the best way to get feedback on your texture creation workflow is to discuss what you do. Once you have listed your process, maybe we can jump in to offer feedback or let you know of alternatives.

    On a note, I think your textures and materials are looking great so far.
