Hello again Polycount!
So in my continuous search for new job opportunities I've decided to give Maya a try. I've always hated the software as corresponds to a Max user, but now I see it just needs love (A whole lot of love)
After learning the basic stuff like hotkeys and the different way of dealing with those happy little polygons I decided to go for a more demanding still simple model just to find Maya kind of relaxing and accurate.
In some ways it reminds me of the good ol' blender which was my first 3D software.
Anyways. I love knives and all kind of blades so I took a couple of pics of this beauty and went for it.
