[UE4] Hand Painted Spyro 2 Environment - Development and Critique Thread

Hey guys,

This is my first topic on polycount. I'm in my Third year at university and we have been given a project where we have to take a scene from an old game and make it look better with current day techniques and rendering.

I have chosen Autumn Plains in Spyro 2. Although Spyro 2 is technically hand painted, it is still very basic and extremely low detail.

Below are some high res images of the environment i am going to be working on.



Hoping to get some critique and feedback throughout this development process to help me learn new things and do the best i can!
I'm hoping to give this a unique stylized look and feel.
