[zbrush] extract mask on merged mesh

Hi,

i did that before but i cant remember what i didd -.-. I want to extract a messh out of a combined/merged mesh as u can see i get this double sided boardered intersecting mesh out of the extraction.

What i want and somehow did before is a preferable single mesh just like if ur extracting on a single mesh.
I had this intersection before also but i managed it somehow, just cant remember ahh.

i extracted with 0.0001 backfacemask on. double off no smoothing...

It might be easy enough to just merge the visible subtools into a brand new tool, dynamesh it so that it becomes a single object, and then do the extraction from that (and append the result back to the original tool).

thx cryrid. That is ofcourse one way to do it and if i do not get it baack in my mind its the last way i can do it. But the details are gone with dynamesh :) and i did it somehow without dynameshing.

thx anyways this is one way to do it
