sorry for providing this kind of links and not a direct image but i dont know what happens with that link( when you him it provides that the page does not exist)
Looks good. I'm assuming you're planning on making a low-poly for it (you may already have, and if so, kudos. I can't tell. Wires?)? I like the look of the helmet, like someone took a ball-peen hammer to it. But I'm not sure it works for the asset, as it looks a little softer than the rest of the piece. Perhaps if you re-did it a little smoother, with slightly fewer dents, and slightly more dings.
Also, I'd toss photobucket as a host. It has a nasty habit of turning your image links into redirects to their pages. A site like imgur's far less aggressive about that, and is as easy to use as a copy + paste action.
There are a lot of elements I like about this piece. The main straps and buckles read well and the overall shape is appealing. That being said I think there are a few things that could be tweaked to make it even better.
1.) Odd tiling behavior on the nylon mesh end pouch. It's diagonal and the material looks too large. There may be a few things you can do to make it tile more seamlessly, and sizing it down may help. 2.) These don't read as zipper teeth. You may want to revisit the zipper in your original sculpt to avoid excessive spacing. Giving less space between the teeth will help the normal map sell it better as well.

Cool piece!
