Blendshape driven maps??

Hello everyone,

There's something I've really been wondering for the last lets say year and that it how do I make my character's facial animation work with a blendshape + map?

I'm not 100% sure what it's called (blendshape driven what displacement? Wrinkel? Normal map?) How do I do it? I'm working with Maya 2016 and I know how the blendshapes kinda work but if I crate the facial expressions in lets say Zbrush what do I need to bake? Where do I go from there?

If anyone know's a tutorial, id be really thankful. If someone has the time to explain it in depth that would be cool too. I have googled the matter but from there I wasnt the wiser.
