Quick forum question, mailbox getting bombarded with notification

Since yesterday my emailbox is getting bombarded with notification messages, mainly from the "what are you working on topic" but I cant remember getting these before and cant seem to make it stop, where's the off switch on the new site?

I'll prob be staring right at it, but anyone know?

I believe if you go to http://polycount.com/profile/preferences/ you can change how your account deals with notifications.

Account Options from the top toolbar (left of your avatar) > notification preferences (right hand column)

Seems most/everyone had their notification options reset.

It would be nice if you only got one notification for every thread, and not for every post, 
for anyone who ever posted in the what are you working on thread the notification system gets useless
